Inuyasha is a very popular Japanese manga series and the American version of the show was premiered on August 31, 2002. Currently, the series is running with the season entitled ‘Inuyasha: The Final Act’.

The beginning of the show takes the viewers back into Federal Japan and introduces with Inuyasha, a half demon, as he attacks a village in order to steal Jewel of Four Souls. It’s a magical jewel, which has the powers to enhance the strength of its wearer and to grant a wish. Inuyasha wishes to steal the jewel so that he can turn himself into a blooded demon. Before he does so, Kikyo attacks him and seals him into a tree. Then the storyline takes place into modern Tokyo. The storyline goes along with high school student, a half demon, a fox demon, a monk, and a slayer. The time zone, which all the events are a part of, is known as Sengoku period. Viewers see all the leading characters trying hard to save Jewel of Four Souls from falling into the hands of Naraku and other wrongdoers. Due to its plotline, Inuyasha has received great response from viewers and critics as well.
