Kristen is a young girl who has awakened in a psychiatric hospital after setting ablaze her farmhouse and in the hospital continually she feels as she has stalked by some ghost. In highly horrible condition, Kristen develops friendship with other ward patients such as Sarah, Iris, Emily and Zoey and during the time a compassionate therapist Dr. Stringer continually works very hard to reveal the fact of her mysterious condition. Later at night in dim light, Kristen has encountered with a phantom which tries to drag Kristen into the darkness. Eventually, the other ward fellows get disappeared one by one. Now, Kristen gets into the fight and it becomes quite obvious that there is something highly terrified by evil effect in the ward.
