But meanwhile some of them start speaking about women’s role in the arts. They also appreciate the impressive voice of women which has earned recognition in the way their male companions do. Thus, it starts a rise of female artists, but their work widely claim the dual standard in America’s most influencing institutions of art and they hunt to fill the gender gap in art publications and cultural funding.
