The hollow hunting competition between Ichigo and Uryū is about to be held. It tempts hollows to the Karakura town. Ultimately, many of Ichigo’s friends are in danger.  In order to rescue Karin, Chad must fight against a hollow. While he combats the hollow, he becomes able to see it and also gets a new ability. Chad gets an armored right arm, which can fire energy blasts.
