He discovers  the name of Akhom Thabet. Akhom Thabet is an Egyptian Spy who was saved by Michael several years ago.   Michael gets a copy of his burn notice from him. Cara Stagner, a waitress, is a witness to a brutal beating by Alvaro Desantos. As of now, the lady is being harassed by a gang.  Michael helps her by convincing the cartel that  Alvaro Desantos is a cooperating informant. As a result, his own men kill Desantos and Cara is safe.
