A school superintendent fires three science teachers after they didn’t agree to teach creationism in the school. As of now, the superintendent is being sued by them and Lori, Denny and Shirley take the case.  Bernard Ferrion, Alan Shore’s client, turns to him for some legal advice. Alan himself doesn’t take the case and refers it to Tara. Alan Shore is surprised by the activities of his assistant Nora Jacobs.
