On the other hand, Ichigo battles with the agony of turning into a hollow in the pit.   It seemed like he would become a hollow but, as the transformation is about to complete Ichigo enters into his own mind. Ultimately, he is able to face Zangetsu, his inner spirit. The spirit helps him to regain the powers of the Soul Reaper.   Viewers see that Ichigo emerges from the pit wearing the Soul Reaper uniform and hollow’s mask. Soon, he throws the mask off and is ready to fight against Urahara, the third stage of the training.
