Councilwoman Liang wants to renovate the town. It troubles Clancy, a mysterious man who has the ability to control insects. On the other hand, Ben has bad cold, which affects his alien powers.  For example,  Wildmutt’s sensors are clogged by the cold therefore he is unable to see or smell. Fourarms gets stinky underarms due to cold. Heatblast’s powers are also changed. The cold gives him freezing powers and he becomes successful to defeat Clancy and save the townspeople.
