The students go on a trip to Sunnydale Zoo. Xander and other students are delighted by the spirit of the hyena hybrids and soon are infected by an evil demon spirit. Consequently, they start to behave more aggressively and strangely, more like wild animals. Buffy and Willow are worried to see a change in the behavior of students, especially Xander, but Giles ignores it saying that it’s not something to worry about. It all becomes uncontrolled when the students starts to behave in an odd manner and start to east school’s mascot.    Buffy, Giles and Willow must do something in order to keep things on track.
