A dead body is found in the back of a gang member’s car. Brennan and Booth are investigating the case and the one, from the car of whom the corpse is found, is questioned. The man manages to escape due to a drive by shooting and Brennan and Booth follow the hints. As they chase him, they come to find out an empty grave and the house of a wealthy Legislator.
